Owner & Principal

Devonne Jackson, P.E., is a Drexel University graduate, licensed in PA, NY, NJ, MD, VA, and KY with over 30 years of experience in the consulting engineering industry. She has expertise in managing multi-discipline engineering projects for pharmaceutical manufacturing plants, higher education building, and central plant facilities. Her success as a Project Manager can be attributed to her focus on client satisfaction, her ability to organize and motivate a team effectively toward the completion of capital projects on schedule and under budget. Her background as an electrical engineer allows her to successfully guide the technical aspects of the project to ensure highly successful projects.

Engineering in TrainingThough we can appreciate clear direction and CAD backgrounds representing true as-built conditions that give us the luxury of channeling our time on the design, this is generally not our reality. Solving problems requires collaboration with our teaming partners and clients to find that intersection between a purely code and sustainability compliant design versus applying for variances as appropriate. We are challenged by our clients to use our experience with similar projects and local authorities to propose value engineering when necessary. In the end, our value does not lie simply in technical expertise, but in patiently following a process, educating the client, and identifying the pros and cons of project definitions, preliminary and detailed design options. Thought the path may be circuitous at times, following our values has proven to result in design packages that meet the client’s objectives within a palatable budget framework.
